So the other day I set up a facebook page(link below).  Then I quickly realized its pointless unless I get the word out and tell you about it so you can ‘like’ it.  Once I start posting my video content I’m just going to use it to show I have new video posts up.

Ive personally had the “Field of Dreams” “Daves Junkie Special” and “Thor’s Thundering BBQ” With the BBQ being my favorite specialty pizza they offer.  This place is not exclusively vegan, actually there are more non vegan options.  

Say hello to my race day shoes.  After this weekend I will have some real miles in them and I can give an honest review.  Just done a couple quickies so far and love them. Also learned that I should be running in a 12 and not my actual shoe size (11.5). Run bigger to avoid blisters in some cases.

You simply cannot walk into a whole foods, read a health blog, or research weight loss without somehow coming across people talking about Acai berries.  Personally I just like to get the powder and toss a little in my breakfast smoothies a couple times a week.  To me its all about diversity in meals. I want to get my antioxidants from all kinds of places.  This is just one high quality option.  

QuarryGirl.com is really great.  She wont do on camera which makes me sad because I would love to feature her in the TV pilot of developing.  Regardless of this, new to eating vegan or living in LA she has done all the leg work! just poke around and learn.

Lots to accomplish today all over this landscape.  I hope to end up at ‘Stuff I Eat’ in Inglewood.  But then again its been like a month since I have been to Flore and thats wayyyy to long.

I have to encourage you to get out off the beaten path and try new things.  So many of us cook at home and create AMAZING vegan food.  It is also so important to get out there and try some local food. Lets build this city into the vegan paradise of the world!
